Psychoanalysis goes beyond symptom relief to look at the deeper roots of your experiences. In psychoanalytic work, we meet multiple times a week to explore underlying patterns and unconscious dynamics that shape how you think, feel and relate to others.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is similar to psychoanalysis, yet requires a once-a-week commitment. If you have questions about either modality, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Couples Therapy
I work with couples for 60 minute sessions once a week, at minimum. My approach to couples therapy is psychodynamic, interpersonal and conversational. This can be an excellent option for couples who experience specific challenges, or those looking to build more communication, intimacy and connection. It can feel intimidating to join in a therapeutic process with your partner. I make sure to create an equitable and safe environment for both individuals.
